The new ice flavour of this summer

The fact that you can use lettuce in many more dishes than just a salad, you had of course already seen in our recipes. But this summer we would like to go even further. We proudly present the first and only lettuce ice cream in Europe.

In collaboration with a Belgian ice cream maker, we have made our Suyd lettuce a delicious, fresh and unique ice cream flavor. On a base of sorbet and lactose free. Ideal for a summer evening at the barbecue!
