  • 1 head of tricolor lettuce
  • 400gr chopped chicken
  • 15gr cheese
  • 250gr cherry tomatoes
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 6 eggs
  • 3el panko
  • 5 wholemeal bulbs
  • 2el olive oil
  • 6el Greek yogurt
  • 1el mustard
  • peper
  • 1el mayonnaise

Preparation method

  1. Wash the tricolor lettuce. Keep 5 leaves for the garnish and cut half in fine strips. Puree the other half and let it drain well. Add the lettuce, grated cheese, 1 egg and the breadcrumbs to the chicken mince. Season the minced meat to taste with pepper.
  2. Main 5 large burgers of the minced meat and bake the burgers in about 7 minutes all around. You can do this in a frying pan with a little oil, but I often use the grill for burgers. In that case you smear the burgers with a little oil and put them on the plate when it's really hot. Are your burgers already ready, but haven't you finished the other steps yet? Then take them off the plate and keep them warm under aluminum foil.
